In my Futura, you simply shove in the CD because it is single load....but as I found out in the Turbo, it needs a little more thought. I even stooped as low as reading the user manual when the first CD didn't want to go in.( I was just about to call the salesperson back out of the showroom to complain about the faulty unit.....glad I didn't ). Seems pointless as I'm pretty sure once they take the unit out , getting the cd out would be no more than a pair of tweezers away . Lucky it was only a backup CD so I dont really care if it gets wrecked .

So your CDs will still be stuck in the unit when it gets shipped to Melbourne! Once the vendor cracks it open, then they should package up your CDs and send them back to your dealer.Been lots of threads on here about how "stupid" this is.....
