New rims tyres and suspension

What size and offset are these wheels?

 

this post (https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/90979-its-been-awhile/?do=findComment&comment=1557509) for the 18x10 it's likely he got the 38 offset as the pictures there show bugger all poke and the 38 is the least amount of poke that that wheel offers.

 

no idea what he got in the 18x9 though, but it looks like it pokes a fair bit out from the guard.
