Still at 25k its not a bad buy, but for about 28k you could get an optioned one. Amoffat from coffs was selling his phantom with a sunroof etc for not much more than that. A good way to tell if its an ex cop car is to look for the brake upgrade and the parking sensors. Having both of these are a dead give away. if possible look at the dash near the vol control. You should see a couple of holes in the dash where the radio hooked on.Also look at the rubber near the B pillar, close to roof line. When the car had roof lights they move this slighly to make room for wires.I wouldnt say thrashed. They have to be serviced every 10k not 15k. They do look after them.
